  • ONGOING SUPPORT

    If you are looking for support to keep you on track with your training - we are here to help! Our trainers are always happy to assist wherever possible, and our aim is to provide the best solution for you.

    Once you start with us we'd also encourage you to join our closed facebook groups - that way our trainers can respond to your queries ASAP. We share free info/material in these groups for you to use and they are a great way for 3T'ers to support each other and maintain motivation outside of session times (or just for some general banter!). Just ask Sophie to add you and join the 3T keyboard warriors!

    3T has an app to help you book, plan, schedule and pay for your sessions. You can view the timetables, training locations, view ongoing promotions and events, and trainer contact information.   • GROUP TRAINING

    We have a HUGE selection of weekly group training options for you to choose from. There is something in the program for everyone! From outdoor bootcamp, running & swimming sessions, to our indoor boxing, metafit, metapower, power and yoga sessions. Best of all - no booking is required! Just turn up and we will show you the ropes. For more info on the sessions we provide, check out our group timetable. We would love to see you there!

    Are you just getting started on your health & fitness journey? Maybe you are looking for a more personalized approach to your training. Whatever your motivation a one-on-one PT session is a great way to go. Your trainer will devise a plan that is tailored to your unique body and goals. 3T Fitness has teamed with the Australian Institute of Personal Trainers (AIPT) to provide the Certificate III and IV in Fitness qualifications.
